Thanks for an AMAZING year…

Out with the old…. In with the new. And wow did we bring in some new this past year! New athletes for sure that have enriched and diversified our community for the better, new coaches that have blessed us with their personalities, talents and passions, and new equipment to keep you working towards bettering that physical body EVERY day.
WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED THIS YEAR.

We have gained so much joy from seeing you prioritize your health, realizing you cannot take care of others if you do not take care of yourself. We have gained inspiration seeing you set goals, work hard towards them, and hold success in the end. We have loved seeing you realize your fitness is a journey and is not accomplished in one day, causing you to work steady and smart with your approach to new things. We have gained motivation through the many of you that have experienced hardships in your families, your jobs, your health and have continued to push on.
WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED BY OUR ATHLETES.

The coaching team at FFIT has worked tirelessly on a punch list of goals we created at the end of 2016 and can proudly say…we have completed! Trust me, this is not your average punch list because we are not your average team. We strive hard to model the determination, hard work, and discipline we so desire for you. This is a day in day out kind of work. We are constantly evaluating our processes and abilities to provide quality coaching and a quality community that you can be proud to call home and feel welcomed upon entering. The profession of a coach/trainer is often not as easy as it looks. It carries with it the potential for burnout from long days of physical, emotional, and psychological coaching even though these elements are the very reason the profession is pursued. But it’s the coaches’ mindset in which they choose to start every day, the passion they relentlessly pursue, and the community in which they find themselves coaching that makes or breaks them.
WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED BY OUR TEAM.

Our Community this year has supported The American Heart Association, Mary’s Meals, Lucis Via Charities, Five Star Senior living, Low Country Orphan Relief, the Veterans Shelter, and many families right here in Mt. Pleasant that are much less fortunate than us. We have brought in, new marriages, new babies, new jobs, new homes, and new conquered goals and for sure each other! We have struggled with broken bones, surgeries, cancer, loss of employment, and loss of loved ones. We have been given hope in watching our community come together for the needs of others on countless occasions.
WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED BY OUR COMMUNITY.

THANK YOU for the work, support, and loyalty that helped to create an amazing 2017. We wish you a healthy, peaceful, and prosperous New Year and are so excited to bring some exciting opportunities to you in 2018!
