Our Classes

From kids to retirees and everything in between, our members are getting the great results they crave by sweating with us. Worried that our classes might be too tough for you? Don’t be. We scale every workout to meet you where you are. As your skills increase, so will the intensity of your workouts.
  • Adult CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Open Gym

    Recess for grown-ups. In Open Gym, you have to freedom to use our gym any way you want. Make up a missed class, work on “homework” from your coach, practice skills you’re still mastering … the options are limitless.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Wando offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

  • Nutritional Guidance

    The best workout in the world won’t work without the right nutrition. We’ll help you find the right diet for your body type, goals, and particular health needs. If you’re struggling with certain health issues, or even if you feel “perfectly healthy,” nutritional guidance is critical to your success in fitness and health.

  • Fundamentals

    Join us for our Fundamentals course, where you’ll learn all the basics of CrossFit in a safe and encouraging environment. Fundamentals includes 10 1-on-1 sessions.

  • Child Care

    CrossFit Wando now offers Child Care for children aged 6 months to 6 years during our 8:15 am to 10:45 am classtime on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday…and Saturdays from 8:15 am to 9:30 am! Athletes can pay by the day, $7.50 first child/$2.50 each additional or by the month, $35.00 first child/$10.00 each additional. Evening hours will be added upon demand.

    *Please no food, just bottles and sippy cups.
