How FFIT Nutrition Works
Our nutrition system is a two-phase approach. During Phase 1, we will determine your baseline by testing your biometrics, set you up with a customized meal plan and give you the accountability you’re looking for. Then, you will graduate to Phase 2, where we focus on your long-term goal(s) and tweaking your plan to help you achieve optimal results.
We provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”.
