Spring Break Strength and Speed Camp

During this action packed week your child will learn power and speed techniques fundamental to all sports. These five, one hour sessions will lay a solid foundation of movement, proprioception, and flexibility that your child can continue to build upon even after their one week is over. Classes will include mobility warm ups, strength training, speed training and end with flexibility guidance.This balanced training approach will not only make your child a better athlete, it will also aid in preventing injuries down the road.

Many youth athletes today experience frequent injuries from overtraining for their specific sport. Alicia aims to work with each athlete individually, find out where they’re weak, how they need to move better, and create homeostasis within the movement of the body. This will be accomplished through the small class sizes (no more than five athletes). That being said, space is very limited so be sure to sign up soon to reserve your spot!
